Deciding which home air purifier is best for you and your family isn't something you want to consider lightly. With all the hype and countless namebrands hitting the marketplace whose claims to believe and which ones are actually do more harm than good would outstound you.

For most people usually price comes into to play. All I can really say about price is remember the old adage, "You get what you pay for." So, while you don't necessarily want to go slumming when it comes to buying an air purifiers solely based upon price, you don't want to go overboard and pay some ridiculous price either.

Allocate yourself a budget and stick to it. And, don't forget many air cleaners need replacement filters and overtime this adds up as well. The next thing you should consider about installing a home air purifier is how much of an area in your home does it cover.

Ideally, you would think it would cover your entire home, but we both know that's just not the case. Most manufactures should say the maximum square footage area that their machine can cover.

So, if you live in a moderate size house knowing one is probably not going to cut it, so just use your best judgement.

Also, you should do further research and you may discover that some air purifiers made by certain companies are actually doing more harm than good. But, to save you the hassle if you do decide to buy an air purifier look for Hepa type air purifiers and avoid ozone generators and ionizing air cleaners.
